For over 21 years, Mistral Support has been a trusted partner in learning, development, and guiding organizations forward.

As Nielze Bento, I’ve built extensive experience in education—both in the Netherlands and abroad as well as in the public and commercial sectors. This background allows me to adapt to diverse environments, while always remaining an expert in learning and development.

My mission is to contribute positively to the world by enhancing its beauty, which serves as the guiding principle for all my actions.  This mission is reflected in my core values: honesty, collaboration, respect, and genuine attention for others, always with the intention of allowing people to be their authentic selves. I approach my work with positivity, a results-driven mindset, commitment, analytical thinking, and creativity, ensuring that learning and development are always effective and human-centered.

As a person, I am family-oriented and passionate about sports and cooking. To me, sports symbolize movement, a concept that also defines my work. Learning and development are about being in motion, both mentally and physically. Cooking represents creativity and experimentation, qualities I also bring to my professional approach. I think outside the box, preserve what works, and address areas for improvement in a positive, constructive way.

The African proverb “it takes a village to raise a child” resonates with me not just for children, but for adults as well. We need each other to learn and grow together. This is exactly what Mistral Support stands for: inspiring movement and growth in people and organizations, with respect, attention, and joy.

Learning that moves. Development that lasts.
